The activation of warranties (properly contextualized) is done with the customer’s request, and Janela Pura will proceed free of charge in the interventions necessary to eliminate the defects or damages identified. The duration of the warranties can be adjusted according to the type of work and the place of installation.

• 10 year guarantee for white and film or painted PVC profiles against severe discoloration or warping due to manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven).

• 2 year guarantee for hardware against breakage of fasteners due to manufacturing and/or assembly defect (duly proven).

• 10 year guarantee for glass against loss of insulation or defect of covers due to manufacturing and/or assembly deficiency (duly proven).

• 5 years guarantee on the manufacture of the window, upon its transformation against manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven).

• 2 year guarantee for adjustments to windows and doors that do not open/do not close properly (duly proven).

• 2 year guarantee for blinds, compact blinds and electric motors against breakage and manufacturing and/or assembly deficiency (duly proven).

Note: The customer or a certified company must carry out periodic adjustments and lubrication every 6 months on their windows and doors (duly verified, in order to activate the guarantee). The Warranties are not valid and cannot be called upon in situations resulting from: breaking of glass by thermal shock, break-in, burglary, violence and public and/or private disorder, force majeure events, negligence and/or lack of care or lack of recommended maintenance or abusive use of systems by the Customer and/or third parties (regardless of the cause arising from these behaviors).
