Our PVC Windows have a 10 years warranty
We guarantee the quality of the window and door systems we install, ensuring adequate after-sales service tailored to the specific needs of each client. Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our clients, offering a service of quality and excellence. Warranty claims (properly contextualized) are made at the client’s request, and Janela Pura will carry out the necessary interventions free of charge to eliminate any identified defects or damage. The duration of the warranties may be adjusted according to the type of work and the installation location.
10-year warranty for white PVC profiles and film or painted profiles against discoloration or severe warping due to manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven).
3-year warranty for hardware against breakage of latches due to manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven).
10-year warranty for the glass against loss of insulation or defects in the coating due to manufacturing and/or installation flaws (duly proven).
5-year warranty on the window’s manufacture, covering manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven) upon its conversion.
3-year warranty for adjustments to windows and doors that do not open/close properly (duly proven).
3-year warranty for blinds, compact blinds and electric motors against breakage and for manufacturing and/or assembly defects (duly proven).
Nota: The customer or a certified company must carry out periodic adjustments and lubrication every 6 months on their windows and doors (duly documented, in order to activate the warranty). The Guarantees are not valid and cannot be invoked in situations resulting from: glass breakage due to thermal shock, burglary, robbery, violence and public and/or private disorder, force majeure events, negligence and/or lack of care or lack of recommended maintenance or misuse of the systems by the Client and/or third parties (regardless of the cause of such behavior).
