TECHNICAL ADVICE
Our commercial technician schedules a visit to the site with the client, so that he can carry out a study of the most suitable efficient solution that best adapts to the client’s needs.
ESTIMATE ELABORATION
When the customer chooses, with the help of our commercial, the most suitable windows or doors for his home, the Financial department prepares a detailed estimate. All choices of solutions, hardware, glass, finishes and components are carefully described in the estimate, so that it is clear to the client.
FINANCING ADVICE
We help in advising about the type of financing that best adapts to the needs of each client.
ESTIMATE VALIDATION
The windows and doors chosen by the customer are validated to integrate the final estimate.
ORDER
Our commercial technician measures all the windows and/or doors on the construction site so that the needed materials can be ordered. That said, it defines what the disassembly/assembly delivery times are.
DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
At this stage, our assembly team will proceed to remove old windows and, subsequently, placing efficient windows and/or doors. The day and time of this process is agreed with the customer.
AFTER-SALE ASSISTANCE
We have a permanent after-sale technical assistance service, in case customers need our services due to the adjustment of windows and/or doors, hardware components, etc. Not forgetting that all of our solutions are guaranteed.
